C6 Rear end Oil Leaks Three days after taking delivery of my new C6 a large oil leak occured from the rear end. Four days of labor repaired a defective O ring connecting the transaxle to the rear of the transmission. The rest of the car is great. The C6 is a huge step up in refinement, sophistication and complexity from the C5. I've owned four C5's, 99, 02, 03, 04. The last two were z06's and were at the track once a month. They were all bullit proof. Lets hope chevy does as well with the C6. So far, they haven't in my ownership experience. Except for initial quality, the car is improved in every respect just as David Hill has said. Unfortunately , quality is key reason for brand loyalty. Are you listening Mr. Hill?
