IS ANOTHER VETTE!!

for 2004, a silver and blue vette will pace the Indy 500.
3rd year in a row it's been a Chevy, 6th Vette.

Vette(s): Currently own 94 coupe, on waiting list for a C6.
Wonder why it's not a C6? Often, the car manufactures use Indy to introduce a new model as the pace car, doesn't seem like a whole lot of payback on the massive exposure by using the last yeat of the C5.

 It's not a C6 because it's not a convertible until next year.

Just because the verts not in production doen't mean they can't use it.Several pace cars have been non-production cars ( severly modified )

It looks to be silver and blue but some magazine said
it was white and blue. I thought maybe my computer was
making it look silver, which I think looks good in silver.
Should find out for sure this week-end.

Nice to see the C-5 on the Indy track LIVE Sunday at 1:36 PST

Note: looks like a web cam on the C-5 front and rear, saw some actual live footage as it pace the Indy Cars!
