The weather here near New York City was pretty nice today but still around 32 degrees. So I disconnected the Battery Tender and took out the Vette to churn up the oils. When the weather is this cold I normally have to double shift the first 3 or 4 gears 'til the manual transmission and oil warms up, about 5 to 10 minutes of driving. Does anyone else find this necessary, or is my gear box still pretty tight since I have less than 5K miles?

CORRECTION-
Of course, what I meant to say above was that I use double-CLUTCHing because shifting is very tight and sluggish until the transmission warms up - a bit of grinding of gears if I'm not careful.
