The only way I can get into my drivers side door is to open the trunk and pull the door cord.  I have a new battery in my key FOB.  I cleaned the exterior switch and nothing.  It started out with the exterior switch not working and now the interior door button doesn't work either.  Looking for repair suggestions

OK thanks for the video links.  I already tried cleaning the exterior switch.  I have a new ext switch and new interior switch on order.  If that doesn't fix it, it must be the door latch.
