On my '06 with ~ 49,000 miles, the brakes lights sometimes stay on while driving.

Sometimes if I lift the brake pedal with my foot they go out, sometimes not.

I assume the problem is with a switch on the brake pedal arm.

Anyone else have any issues with this?

Does my diagnosis sound correct?
