I am a new memmber, I own a 07 C6 Auto. I live in Calif.I am looking for more performance. I am not sure what to do. Not many people do performance upgrades that I know of in the Bakersfield area. Considering the new 08 C6 or possibly a Z06. Not sure what to do? Is the Zo6 going to be too crazy for wife to drive? Any input will be appreciated. |smile|

I'm sure your wife could handle the Z06 but I feel that at that level (horsepower) you def have more than you could ever use in a legal manner.... |laugh| |smokin|

I am not on this site too much. I heard the base coupe for 2008 will be 430HP ... what will happen to the 2008 Z06?

2008 Z06 will be the same 505 hp. In 2009 a Z07 will be introduced. Two year run of that. Rumor says 650 hp- supercharged. Not sure if it will replace the Z06 or they will have 3 levels. Base, Z06 and Z07. Then it'll be time for the C7.
