I just spoke with Gary relative to my museum delivery. Chevy called my dealer and gave them a production date for me in September (rather than in November). In discussing the timing he told me the plant is building only Z06's now and every one is going into a quality hold. None have been released. He said that the coupe and convertible production is scheduled to start on September ninth.

They are probably being held so they don't knock around at the dealers before the official release date - whenever that is...haven't heard when the 2006s will be "out."
