I have put a deposit down on a black coupe coming to my dealer on July 9th. They are not moving off the sticker. They stated GM is not allowing the "buy as a GM employee" on vettes. Any thoughts? |eek|

My local dealer wouldn't give me anything off either back in October when dealing wasn't too popular. I found one that gave me $1000 off and had an allocation immediately available. I understand they are giving a larger discount now. Deal with a high volume Corvette dealer and your chances are much better in getting a discount and a Corvette sooner.

Take a look at a prior thread where others have found significantly more discounts than mine several months ago and listed the dealers they bought from.

Look for another dealer now! The depreciation you will take by buying at the end of the production year is too great to pay list price.

It's true....GM excludes Corvette from the GMS employee pricing for everyone.
