Z-51 package: Rotors are cross-drilled on the Z-51 package for the C-6. Mostly for a "performance look" Dave Hill admits, it doesn't give the brake much of a performance advantage.
What I research is Cross-Drill rotors give additional cooling couple with vented disc for less fade in hi-performance braking.
The Z-51 additional braking power comes from the higher performance disk pads on Z-51 package.

Additional braking power comes from both front and rear larger diameter rotors because of size not drill efforts.
Front 13.4 inch diameter
Rear 13 inch diameter
