I know some dont like this.. but I would like to see it as an option for those who do. We have it on our Avalon and it comes in handy so much when your out of town. What are your thoughts..? |idea|

I personally love GPS Navigation Systems!

I first fell in love with them when I went to Orlando on business, and got the "Never Lost" option in my Hertz rental car. Man was that thing handy! Especially since I had no clue how to get anywhere! Ever since then I've wanted a GPS system built into my car, but I haven't had the money to buy a car that one is availble in.

Since the chance of me buying a C6 is about .000001% in hell, then it really doesn't matter to me if it is avaible or not... but really I'd like to see GPS an option in every car made, especially affordable cars!

I too like a good Nav system, we have had them in two cars so far and if available I plan to continue to buy them. Around a big city I think they are great. |cheers|

I really don't care much one way or another. I don't care that much about where I'm going as long as I get there faaaasssst. It is much more important to me that we keep the weight down. I know, what can the NAV system weigh? ... 5-8 lbs? Yah, well it all adds up guys. I will be decimated if the C6 does not carve off 100 lbs from the attractive, but chubby C5. Couple that with 400+ ponies and I'll be happy to read maps.

When you incororate the GPS in with the XM and Onstar and the HVAC controls . I don't think your talking about any weight.

I wouldn't have any need for it. As an option for others would be OK.

The Dodge vehicles have it as an option today in most of their vehicles. True, it is an aftermarket option, but it replaces the radio and is sold by Mopar. |hammer|

I think something like that would be very good. Those that want it can get it, those that do not...don't |biggrin|
