If you had to pick only ONE thing about the C6 that you'd say is your favorite thing about it... what would you say?
What would you say is your favorite improvment over the C5?
What would you say you dislike the most about the C6?

The boundless torque at essentially any rpm. I am old enough to have owned a 327 fuelie in a C1. Sure it went but winding it to the red line one could tell the torque was dropping off severely. Even with a later 3030 camshaft while better it was not like todays C6.

I just got an 09 Z06 last week so my favorite thing has changed. It's the exaust now. Yes I ordered the wireless fob remote from Sunset Orange, but before it even arrived I removed the exaust fuse from the box where the passenger right foot sits. Lower right 10a fuse. It's like you are getting a free muffler upgrade from Chevrolet!

Favorite thing:all the positive comments. Least favorite:1 to 4 shift.Whats up with that?
I have always immediately sent for or reused the 1 to 4 shift (CAGS) eliminator in the past, but in my 09 I don't consider it to be a problem. Believe me, The wrong year Vette will make you angry if you don't fix it.
We are the lucky ones though, who unlike Mustang Cobra or Shelby GT 500 owners, don't have to pay the gas guzzler tax of about $1200 because of this feature. Consider it our 'cod liver oil'. Tasts bad but works in our behalf.
This is difficult for me because my C6 is a Z06 while my C5 is a Z-51 Coupe. However, the C6 is easier on the clutch, easier to shift and a blast to drive. The economy on the C5 is of course a few mpg better especially in city driving and about 4 mpg better on the highway. However, the acceleration in the upper gears is quite a bit more noticable in the Z06 and the fun factor is somewhat responsible for my reduced gas mileage.
The C6 has many small refinements like less wind noise, no water leaks, much better head light system, etc.
