The LS7 engineers said that even with the OHV 3 valve head that the LS7 can do over 8,000rpms. thats about as high as youll want to take any motor with a 4 inch stroke to anyways.
I am glad to hear it suggesting that there may be life in the 3 valve head yet. Three valves have certainly livened up the new Mustnag and F150.
