I bought a C6 this Saturday at Kerbeck. The local dealers in Delaware had 4. Porter had 1, and Nucar had 3 and the other 3 dealers had nothing. I went to Kerbeck, he had at least 30. I wanted the Daytona Orange, with a six speed, he had 3 of them. I got an extra $2,063 off with my GM credit card, and another $586 with my driver's edge 2% rebate. The car is great, I am 100% happy with the purchase.

I agree that prices in the NE are dropping. I went to a local dealer here on Long Island and told them that Kerbeck was offering $2500 off MSRP; the dealer said they would match Kerbeck. When I still didn't bite they offered $3000 off MSRP. However, from other forum posts, it looks like many dealers in the SE and SW are still looking for $5k - $10k over MSRP. It must be a NE winter thing.

It was blisterly cold yesterday in Philadelphia ... down to 10 degrees with a light snowfall ... and heavy winds! A C6 (or other sports car) is not on the minds of a lot of people in these parts!

I drove 250 miles to buy my 04 from Kerbeck.Great experience.I was going to trade my 350Z for a C6 also from Kerbeck but a local dealer offered me a great deal on my trade-in so I saved myself the travel.

I got on GM Power Buy and did my dealings on phone. Found a black coupe in Newport News Va. Dealer even delivered car on Sunday to keep me from having to waste a vacation day to get it. Didn't come off sticker but gave me a good price in my 2004 Red Coupe. This was the last Vette he had left in stock. Being the end on month also sure helps try it sometime worth extra thousand or two.

That's pretty funny...you go from Goldsboro to VA to get your best deal. I went from AZ to Rockinghham NC to get my best deal. Buying cars is a strange science.
