The dealers are supposed to hear their allocations and how to order by the 27 of July. They can begin ordering on the 28th. So it's one week to hear if the A6 will be available too. I, for one, am sure tired of waiting to order in order to get the 6 speed automatic.

I just spoke with my salesman (Tuesday July 26th) and they have not heard from GM on the 2006 Coupe and Convertible order information. There is also word from someone in Canada that they have their order forms and the automatic tranny is listed as a 4 speed. This has not been confirmed by other Canada dealers thou.

All I can do is hang in there.

A chevy dealer just posted on their web site:
I JUST GOT AN EMAIL BACK FROM GM REGARDING THE 2006 COUPE & CONVERTIBLE ORDER GUIDE THEY TOLD ME,
NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL AUGUST 4th

A second dealer has now posted on their web site that Thursday August 4th is the new deadline for the 2006 order details. Five and counting.
