I THINK IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE WHITE DIAMOND ON THE C6. IT WOULD CERTAINLY MAKE SENSE SINCE THE CADILLAC XLR WILL BE BUILT ALONG SIDE THE C6.

I'm guessing "White Diamond" is an exterior color?

White Diamond is that pearlescent color on Cads. My parents' last 3 have had that color. It's nice, but a bit formal for a sports car. I want a candy apple red metalic. Similar to the Magetic Red, but deeper. But not as dark as the 50th Ann.

I am almost positive that the SPY pics are NO White Diamond. I would think that Caddy and Chevy would make sure that their colors are not the same ... even if just the names are different. White Diamond IS Cadillac.

They would have painted the pilots with invisible paint if they could. I doubt that those were C6 shades.

You do make a good point about the XLR colors. Cad may insist on different, unique colors, but producing only 7k XLRs per year, you probably won't get the two confused at a distance on the road. Hill has said that the XLR relationship will result in more colors, more high end colors (read xtra charge), and higher quality paint for the Vette.
