If the high performance version of the C6 comes out with 500 hp and a base price of 60K will you buy it?

Vette(s): 2008 JSB Blue C6 Targa 436 HP....2005 C6 Targa Silver/Cobalt Red....2001 Torch Z06....1998 Silver Targa....Recent 1967 427/390HP NCRS Top Flight Rag
That's a tough one! After just retunning from the Caravan and show at the 50th Anniversary Celebration in Nashville and Bowling Green, we are all as keen as can be.

However, that $60k equates to over $100k (including taxes) for us poor Canadians! We will see!

I have had an order in for 18 months for the '05 C6....whatever it turns out to be.

If any version of the C6 comes out with > 500 HP I'll get it.

Well, eventually I'll get one. I'll most likely wait until year 2 or 3 of the C6 before jumping in. In my many many years of new model year car buying I'm gonna wait a tad before doing a C6.

No Problem. I have assumed all along that the C6 will be in the $60K range. I only hope since it is a great touring car that they have a GPS option in the dash like the new Cad Sport. |saluteflag|

Vette(s): '03 spirel grey light oak/light oak convertible with every option. Also '91 competition yellow/blk ZR-1 with many performance upgrades
A group of us from my Corvette club just purchesed '03s to hold us over for the C6. Hopefully the General will come thru with something spectacular, because I thought that the 50th Anniv. party, BG & Nashville thas a joke. If it is a Viper contendor and comes in a convertable with auto. I will buy one.

Lucky you Duntov, we would have to pay 150k overhere.
Cause a standard C5 convertible costs 96k at the moment. And I'm talking about Euro's, not $, but that's just a small difference. |sad|
