For years I've dreamed of driving from Detroit to Breckenridge,Colorado for the annual "Corvettes On The Rockies" Show. The Rockies are one of the most beautiful areas of America.

Anyone familiar with this show? Comments/Suggestions, etc?

Zippy: I have not gone to this show but I do know people that have and they say it is FABULOUS. Driving from the Black Hills west is super.

There were about 900 corvettes there this year.
Many from California, Texas, Utah, Idaho and Nevada.
Great fun for a weekend.
Come on out and I will buy dinner.

We're going to the annual Z06 Performance Fest the previous weekend in Bowling Green, Kentucky and heading to Colorado from there..with a bit of luck, I'll have my C6 Z06 by then!

As the Registration Co-Chair this year, I've attached the link for Looking Glass Corvette Association (LGCA), the club that has put the Vettes On The Rockies event together for over 30 years now...

The 2005 VOTR information is on the site... E-mail me privately and I'll make sure that you get a Registration package as soon as they are ready...

It's a fantastic annual 3-4 day event that takes place in the "heart" of the Rockies (great Rally, X-Cross, Show & Shine, other events and plenty of time for exploratory scenic side trips)...

Made our reservations at Beaver Run Resort yesterday.
